PetScripts dispatches such items on Mondays or Tuesdays to ensure they arrive cold. We charge a postage fee of $19.95 which covers the Express Post, and the additional costs of cold storage packaging.
Express Post is limited to postcodes within the Australia Post Express Network.
Shipping insurance covers replacement or refund for damage or loss in transit, up to the value of $500 per order. Heat or temperature variations during transit or upon delivery are not covered, including damage from delayed delivery or where the package is left at your premises. We recommend carefully considering whether the purchase of any cold delivery products (including Caninsulin) is suitable for your location.
