To keep our prices low and to offer as efficient a service as possible, we do not offer a "script drop off",  "order pick up" or a "while you wait" service. If you need your order quickly please call our customer service team on 1300 738 777 and we  will try and find a solution that will help you get your pet's medicine as quickly as possible. However please remember we are an online/mail order business and delays in delivery can happen, so if your pet needs its medicine urgently, it's always better to get your medicine directly from your vet.
