Our price match guarantee applies to the total price you would pay for your order containing the comparable product from a comparable provider after taking in to account shipping or other charges and after applying any coupon code or other discount (such as your Mypetpass discount).
The product must match exactly, be in-date, and be sold by an Australian Veterinarian or licensed online Australian pet pharmacy.
eBay, auction/marketplace websites, group buying sites, and member sites and orders weighing over 1kg are explicitly excluded.
Any competitor sale prices, ‘coupon’ offers, ‘cash back’, promotional offers, or member discounts will be disregarded unless they are immediately available to you on the same products and on the same terms (for example if you are a paid member of the competitor business, we'll add back in any price you paid for membership).
