Unfortunately many retailers are reporting an increase in their emails to customers (including emails with tracking numbers) going to Spam/Junk.  While we follow best practice "anti spam" principles, this increase appears to relate to recent changes in spam filtering rules implemented by Gmail, Outlook and a number of other major email providers.


Our system will automatically send you an email after you've completed your order, and once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number, and futher emails on the day your order is due for delivery.


If you don't receive an email with your tracking number or order update  please check your junk/spam folders and consider adding info@petscripts.com.au to your email whitelist . (If you don't know how to find your junk/spam folder or whitelist , here is a guide )


You can also find your tracking number by going to PetScripts, logging in to your account and going to "My Account>My Orders>View Order> Track Your Order"


And of course, please be assured that we'll never spam you or anyone else, and we'll never share your email with anyone else or use it to send marketing or other messages without your permission.
