Please note that this year, Wednesday 25 December, Thursday 26 December 2024 and Wednesday 1 January 2025 are public holidays. PetScripts customer service and pharmacy will not be available on those public holidays.
PetScripts customer service and pharmacy will be working on Friday 27th, Monday 30th and Tuesday 31st of December but cold items will not be shipped during the period .
Due to the way the public holidays fall and the expected additional delays in the postal service as well as hot summer days, we will not be shipping cold items (such as caninsulin) during the holiday period from 23 December to 6 January. Our last day for shipping cold items will be Tuesday 17 December. Shipping of cold items will recommence on Monday 6 January. In order to ensure you meet this cut off, please ensure you place your order (and make sure we have your script) well in advance.
