There are several reasons why your order might not have been fulfilled. We can clarify this with a quick call.


Some common reasons:

  • We require an original prescription signed by an Australian veterinarian. Without this, your order cannot be legally filled. Please don't place an order if this is your case, as please note we charge a fee in this circumstance. 
  • The product is not in stock. You may be willing to wait until it comes back in stock.
  • The product must be kept chilled, and due to your location, weather events, holidays or other reasons it is not considered reasonable to ship the medication to you in a safe and appropriate manner, or it is felt that it is not in accordance with the law, good pharmacy or veterinary practice or good business principles to fill your order.
