Our standard shipping charge for ordinary orders up to 1kg is $9.95 which includes postage, handling and insurance for each order delivered anywhere in Australia and you can upgrade to Express Post for just $10 more ($19.95).*


The shipping charge for cold products (such as Caninsulin) is $29.95 which includes express post, handling and insurance *. 


All orders are carefully checked and packed by registered Australian pharmacists and their trained support staff.


Packages are usually shipped in a padded envelope or box but sometimes because of the product ordered, some other form of packaging might be used. For example, items which require refrigeration are packed in a styrofoam box with ice brick(s). Please note that items which require refrigeration and compounded medicines can only be dispatched via Express Post to postcodes within the Australia Post Express Network and are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays  to ensure they arrive cold/safe.


Your order will be shipped from the relevant dispensing pharmacist’s address which may not be in the same City or State as you are located, so if you’re in a hurry, be sure to select the Express Post option at checkout (and consider sending us your original hard copy prescription by express post as well).


Depending on where you live and what type of building (e.g. house, apartment) a signature may be required when your parcel is delivered. If no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post have advised that they will either leave the parcel in a safe place or a card will be left for you and the item will be kept secure at the post office/courier company until you are available to collect it. You can include details about delivery using the drop down box in our checkout.


We do not ship to addresses outside Australia.

Insurance covers replacement or refund in the event that an order is damaged or lost in transit, up to the value of $500 per order.
