If you are having problems completing your order, make sure you've filled out all the necessary fields in the checkout (including ticking the "accept terms and conditions" box). If you're still having problems please  clear your website browser cache (instructions here if you don't know how: https://au.pcmag.com/browsers/28953/how-to-clear-your-history-in-any-browser) and try again. If that doesn't work, please email us with details of  what device (PC, Mac, iPhone etc) and what web browser you are using (Safari, Chrome, Edge etc) and also what you see on the screen when you try and order to help our IT team track down the problem. If you can provide screenshots that would be very helpful.
