When uploading your script, please ensure that the file size of the image is less than 5000kb. If the image is bigger than 500kb you will get a warning saying the file size is too large. Most modern phones and computers will have an option allowing you to reduce the file size, or simply google "reduce image file size for free" and you'll find lots of free ways to do this. Reducing the file size of images will also save you space on your phone or computer's memory, and make it easier for you to email or upload your images. If you're still having problems and your image size is too big, you can simply complete your order without uploading your script, and then attach it to an email and send it to info@petscripts.com.au. If you email it, don't forget to include your order number and remember that even if you upload or email us your script, you must still send us the original paper copy before our pharmacists can dispense your order.
